1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OptiLift, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Currently, OptiLift is in a private beta phase.

2. Beta Usage

You acknowledge that the Service is in a "Beta" state and may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system or other failures and data loss. OptiLift provides the Service "AS IS" with no warranties during this period.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OptiLift be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
